The House Meltemi is situated in Sarti village of Chalkidiki, only 10 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the village center.

It's a modern and functional accommodation of 5 studios fully refurbished since 2012.

They include privad bathroom, kitchenette , free wifi, free parking, a/c and flat tv.

Our studios have a wonderful seaside view and a vivid green backyard, witch offers a pleasant accommodation and relaxation.

Their capacity is for 2 or 4 persons.

Near the premises you can find bakery shops, super markets , nice restaurants and taverns with excellent greek traditional food.

Sarti is a place that combine Romantic or Family time.

During your vacation you can have round cruises and small excursions to Athos Mountain to see the the monasteries.
